Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, cooled coffee, rum, and vanilla extract.
